FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Actual colors may vary. This is due to computer monitors displaying colors differently and everyone can see these colors differently. We try extremely hard to ensure our photos are as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor.
Copyright: The sale of all artwork does not include the transfer of the copyright.
Payment: We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.
Shipping: We ship with USPS.
If you see something you are very interested in and want it shipped contact us directly. Shipping large pieces does get very expensive but it is doable with discussion.
We will ship to the contiguous USA ONLY at this time, the address provided MUST be the complete address information including a telephone number so the address can be verified (to deter credit card fraud and identity theft). Will not ship to PO Boxes.
A signature may be required upon receipt of your package. If an order is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address information or because it was declined or undeliverable, we reserve the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee and to charge the payment method originally used for costs we incur related to the return of the undeliverable packages or artwork to us.
If the painting arrives back in the studio in the original condition, you will receive CREDIT FOR AN EXCHANGE for another item in the shop.
Custom orders or commissions require a 50% deposit and CANNOT be returned for exchange or refund. We will make every possible effort to satisfy your requests. Any items purchased on sale or clearance are non-returnable.
Damaged items: If artwork arrives damaged, please contact me immediately. Upon approval for return, pack the painting in the same shipping box within 10 business days. Return shipping must be paid by the customer including insurance. The return shipping cost is non-refundable. If refund is chosen, it will be processed in full as soon as the studio receives the item.
