Growing up in scenic Wisconsin left a lasting impression and deep love of nature. Using her natural creativity and life experiences Michele has enhanced the ability to share her vision through her art.
After moving to Texas over 30 years ago and once in Houston, Michele picked up a brush and began her quest in watercolors, eventually joining WAS-H, the Watercolor Art Society of Houston where she took many workshops and classes with established artists. Years later she worked in clay and then more recently acrylics and oil. Michele is a self-taught artist and self described as a slightly loose realism artist, she finds working in detail just comes natural as she explores color and form. However, Michele has another side that is enjoying the allure to the abstract that can be seen in her decorated mannequin lamps and other 3D art forms. She has won ribbons in a variety of art exhibitions and continues to experiment with various mediums. |

Michele was with the DaVinci Artists Gallery in Tomball, Texas for 5 years before it closed in 2023. Currently she has art available at the Madeley Fine Art Gallery in Conroe and Bluebonnet Tasting Room in Tomball until she finds another hometown gallery.
Michele lives in the Hockley area with her husband and is enjoying her retirement allowing plenty of time for creativity.
